云南财经大学曼谷商学院是2013年12月31日经中国教育部批准设立的海外办学机构（教外办学函[2013]82号）。曼谷商学院由威廉希尔体育,威廉体育官方：与泰国兰实大学（Rangsit University）共同创办，是云南省在昆高校在国外设立的第一家海外学院。曼谷商学院的成立标志着威廉希尔体育,威廉体育官方：教育国际化由“引进来”迈向“走出去”的新阶段，是云南财经大学发展历程中的又一个里程碑。迄今通过境外办学的方式，曼谷商学院共招收培养了112名来自东南亚各国的本科学生。

泰国兰实大学位于泰国首都曼谷，是该国一所在私立大学中排名前三的知名学府。曼谷处于东南亚中心位置，是东南亚的交通枢纽，旅游业十分发达，被评选为2013全球最受欢迎旅游城市。曼谷被誉为是“佛教之都”和融合东西方文化的“天使之城”。曼谷也是国际政治经济文化中心之一，联合国难民署、世界银行亚洲、世界卫生组织、国际劳工组织都把亚太地区总部设在曼谷。泰国90％的人信奉佛教，政治体制为民主宪政，佛教和民主是社会和谐的两个基石。

2013年12月，由云南财大与泰国兰实大学合作创办的曼谷商学院，获得中国教育部、泰国教育部批准成立。这是目前中国教育部批准在海外开展学历教育的四家海外办学机构之一，也是第一所中国在泰国开办的学历学位教育机构。

Bangkok Business School of Yunnan University & Rangsit University is the first overseas school set up by the universities in Yunnan Province, and the third overseas school which established abroad with the approval of Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China.

The Double Degree program in Bangkok Business School was first offered in 2014. The program provides integrated knowledge for understanding Chinese society and the business development of China. During the study on Double Degree Program, the students of Bangkok Business School could obtain a Bachelor of Business from Yunnan University of Finance and Economics. The program should be of great value to those who have to deal with China’s rapidly changing economy, society and cultural life, and those who would like to learn an integrated knowledge to promote their career development potential in Sino-Thai international business.
