主讲人介绍：
张霆，男，博士，美国代顿大学 (University of Dayton) 经济与金融系教授，博士，终身教授，金融硕士项目负责人；主要研究方向为公司金融与公司治理，美国和中国资本市场，发表英语论文30余篇，包括Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Journal of Corporate Finance, Journal of Banking and Finance, Financial Analysts Journal, Review of Accounting Studies, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Business Finance and Accounting 等，同时担任多家国际期刊副主编、编委和特约主编。以及瑞士国家科研基金会和香港研发局特约评审专家。他曾任外汇交易员和股票分析师多年，具有丰富的资本市场投资经验。
